We have known for a long time that the same issues that are apparent in Oil and Gas are reaching epidemic proportion in the Mainframe Business ( to see what I mean - if you know people who work in technology - ask how many of the younger connections are learning Mainframe Skills - and whatever that number is will be a lot less than the number of older people in Mainframe technology.
